When you enter the property you will see how the Villa was designed to take full advantage of the majestic ocean views. This spectacular property includes 6 beautifully appointed oceanfront bedrooms: a secluded master suite and 5 guest suites, each with its own private bath, ocean-view Jacuzzi, air-conditioning, separate closet area and flat screen TVs.
Villa Paraiso is 13,000 sq. ft., built on two levels with spacious living areas, cathedral ceilings, richly designed furniture, original artwork, dramatic floor length tinted windows which open onto an expansive marble terrace that looks out over the famous Los Arcos National Marine Park, a landmark rock formation and underwater sanctuary of coral reefs, volcanic coves and exotic marine life.
Watch Dolphins and Manta rays splashing about from the comfort of your terrace with its 45’ heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi and bar. Christmas and New Years 2011 $3,000.00 USD per night - Holiday Rates. 7 DAY MINIMUM
* 50% deposit is required when booking Villa Paraiso and must be received 5 days after booking.
* All rates and rentals are guaranteed once the deposit has been received.
* The remaining 50% must be paid in full 60 days before arrival.
* Rentals booking less than 60 days in advance will require full payment at time of reservation.
* All rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* All Holiday deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* A Rental Agreement will be sent at time of booking.
* A refundable security deposit will be required on all rentals.
* Villa Paraiso accommodates 12 people comfortably (maximum 14 people).
* A $50.00 charge per person, per night may apply for bookings over 12 people.
* Food & Beverage is not included in the rental price of the villa.
* We reserve the right to change rental rates without notice.
