The Graves design studio has created a unique condominium master plan for The ENCLAVE that is fresh and contemporary while integrating Mexican craftsmanship, materials, and design elements that respect the local context.

The ENCLAVE will be constructed on a magnificent jungle ridge overlooking the Bay of Banderas, five minutes south of Puerto Vallarta and north of Conchas Chinas. The mountains that rise behind the development are part of the Sierra Cuale range, which joins the Sierra Madre del Oeste mountains that divide the coastal zone of Mexico from the central highlands to the east.

The design of The ENCLAVE has been shaped by its setting: a natural promontory offering some of the most spectacular ocean views anywhere in the hemisphere. The generous, open terraces and floor-to-ceiling fenestration are a dynamic design response to the extraordinary natural light and endless blue vistas above Puerto Vallarta, where the Bay meets the Pacific. The lush mountain jungle surrounding the location will serve as an ideal backdrop for the building and will be enhanced by a flower filled landscape design that will blend seamlessly with the site’s natural flora.

The finishes and amenities offered by The ENCLAVE include elements that are available nowhere else in Vallarta. The elevators, electrical and plumbing systems will all be engineered to the very highest level of international standards. The floor plans are fresh and open with living quarters radiating from rotundas that incorporate design elements personally created by Michael Graves.
